2. Applicable legal framework
Processing is carried out under Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001 and current resolutions of the Access to Public Information Agency. Where applicable, we also follow internationally recognised principles of data minimisation and purpose limitation.
3. Data we collect
We only collect the data you enter in our contact form (name, email and message content) and limited technical data associated with browsing (such as browser type, language and pages visited), the latter only when you give the corresponding consent.
4. Purpose of processing
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, send you information about projects and site content if you request it, maintain the security of the site and comply with legal obligations. We do not apply automated decisions with legal effects on users.
5. Legal basis
